Dr Jeff Lee is the founder and the proud owner of A Plus Optometry. Having graduated from the University of Auckland (New Zealand), Jeff has been offering exceptional and dedicated eye care to patients for more than a decade. He puts great emphasis on his patients’ wellbeing and takes pride in delivering the best possible eye care to each and everyone of them.
Jeff is therapeutically endorsed to prescribe ophthalmic medicines, and has a particular interest in paediatric eye care, orthokeratology, myopia control and dry eye treatment and management.

Cham, originally from Canada, has brought his expertise across Sydney, Brisbane, and Newcastle before settling back in Melbourne. He completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Melbourne and holds advanced qualifications in Contact Lenses (ACO) and CASA Aviation eye exams.
Cham takes pride in getting to know his patients and providing thorough, high-quality eye care. He’s particularly passionate about early detection and management of ocular conditions, ensuring his patients enjoy the best possible vision and eye health.
Outside the clinic, you might find Cham playing the piano or guitar, or cycling around the Ringwood area. Feel free to discuss maple syrup or ice hockey when you see Cham!

Fiona completed her Master of Optometry from Flinders University in 2019 and is a therapeutically endorsed optometrist. She began her career adventuring through regional Tasmania, South Australia, and Queensland, where she discovered her passion for managing eye conditions like glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and anterior eye diseases. Fiona loves helping her patients enjoy life through healthy vision and takes pride in delivering exceptional care with a personal touch.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Fiona indulging in her love of great food and unleashing her creativity with LEGO builds.

Rachel graduated high school as the Dux of the College. She began her journey in optometry with a double degree in Bachelor of Medical Science (Vision Science) and a Masters in Optometry from Flinders University in South Australia.
Rachel has previously worked in rural independent optometry in South Gippsland for 8 years. Rachel enjoys practising in an independent optometry setting as it allows the opportunity to provide personalised, patient-centred care.
Throughout her career, Rachel has amassed extensive experience in general optometry. She co-manages complex ocular disease cases with local ophthalmologists and performs thorough children’s vision assessments.
Rachel’s skills extend to fitting advanced contact lenses, including those for keratoconic patients and post-corneal graft contact lens fittings. She completed the Certificate in Advanced Contact Lenses through the Australian College of Optometry (ACO-CACL).
When she’s not practicing optometry, Rachel loves trying new restaurants, pilates and spending time with her husband and kids.
