1-Year No-Fault Frame Warranty
Accidents happen! If you break your frames within the first year, we'll repair or replace them - no questions asked.
2-Year Frame Breakage Guarantee
If your frames are damaged between 12–24 months after purchase, we’ll repair them for free. If they can’t be repaired, you can choose a new frame at 50% off.
2-Year Lens Quality Guarantee
We guarantee your lenses for two full years against manufacturing faults. If there’s a problem, we’ll replace them - we make the process simple and stress-free.
3-Month Adaptation Guarantee
Having trouble adjusting to your new lenses? We’ll redesign or replace them within 90 days to make sure you’re completely comfortable.
3-Month Prescription Change Guarantee
If your prescription changes within 3 months, we’ll update your lenses at no extra charge.* (*Excludes myopia control lenses such as MiYOSMART and MyCon.)
Lifetime Glasses Care
