1. 1-Year No-Fault Frame Warranty

All spectacle frames purchased from A+ Optometry are eligible for a one-year no-fault replacement warranty.
In the event of accidental breakage or damage within one (1) year of purchase, A+ Optometry will replace the frame with the same model, subject to availability.
If the original frame is no longer available, A+ Optometry will repair the frame free or charge.
Should repair be impractical or impossible. A+ Optometry will offer a replacement frame with either equal value, higher value or lesser value.
If replacement frame is of lesser value, an in-practice credit will be issued, valid for three (3) months from the date of collection.
Where the replacement frame is of greater value, the patient shall pay the difference between the original purchase price and the replacement cost.
The no-fault warranty applies solely to the originally purchased frame and does not extend to any replacement frames issued under this program.
The warranty covers frames only and excludes any prescription lenses dispensed with the frame.
A maximum of one (1) frame replacement per patient per year is permitted within the warranty period.
This warranty excludes safety spectacle.

If the purchased frame becomes damaged between twelve (12) and twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, A+ Optometry will attempt to repair the frame free of charge.
Should repair be impractical or impossible, A+ Optometry will offer a replacement frame at a fifty percent (50%) discount off the original frame’s recommended retail price (RRP).
This guarantee applies only to the frame and excludes prescription lenses.
A maximum of one (1) discounted replacement is permitted per patient per year under this guarantee.
This guarantee excludes safety frames.

All prescription lenses and prescription sunglass lenses supplied by A+ Optometry are covered by a two-year (2) warranty against manufacturing defects, including lens materials and coatings.
The warranty does not cover breakages caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.
Replacement lenses provided under this warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

If a patient is unable to adapt to their new spectacle lenses within ninety (90) days of collection, A+ Optometry will offer a redesign or replacement of the lenses.
If the replacement lenses are of greater value than the original lenses, the patient is responsible for paying the difference.
This guarantee applies exclusively to products supplied by A+ Optometry.

If a patient’s prescription, as determined by an A+ Optometry optometrist, changes within ninety (90) days of the initial spectacle issue, A+ Optometry will remake the lenses free of charge where the replacement lenses are of equal or lesser value.
Where a higher value lens design is selected, the patient must pay the price difference.
This guarantee applies only to lenses dispensed by A+ Optometry under prescriptions issued by A+ Optometry.
This guarantee excludes lenses designed for myopia control, including but not limited to Hoya MiYOSMART and Rodenstock MyCon lenses.

A+ Optometry provides complimentary lifetime glasses care for all spectacles purchased, including:
- Professional frame adjustments and fittings
- Ultrasonic cleaning of spectacles
- Minor repairs, including the replacement of screws, nose pads.
Lifetime care services are available for the life of the spectacles.

All warranties and guarantees outlined above apply solely to products purchased at A+ Optometry and are non-transferable.
Proof of purchase must be presented to claim any warranty or guarantee services.
A+ Optometry reserves the right to inspect and assess all products before approving any warranty or guarantee claims.
